I recently came across an opportunity to take over a restaurant that was closed due to missmanagement. It comes fully equipped and everything is there, I just gotta go in, hire employees, buy food and I'll be in business. The deal is that I have to pay rent plus $4500 every month. The $4500 is for the equipment/furniture & fixtures. What do you think?
Its in a great location with lots of foot traffic. I do plan on changing the menu as well. It will be a quick service restaurant.
